Personalized Care for the Way Your Body Is Meant to Move.
Chiropractic care is about more than addressing pain. It's about understanding how your body moves, functions, adapts, and responds to the demands of everyday life.
At Dr. Fehmel's practice, chiropractic care is personalized to each patient, with an emphasis on thoughtful assessment, precise adjustments, corrective care, and long-term function.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy, staying active, or simply investing in your health, your care is designed around your body, your goals, and your season of life.
Care That Looks Beyond the Symptom.
Your body is connected. The way you move, the way you hold yourself, your activity level, past injuries, and everyday habits can all influence how you feel and function.
That's why chiropractic care shouldn't look exactly the same for everyone.
Your care begins with a comprehensive evaluation to better understand your posture, range of motion, neurological and orthopedic function, and areas of concern. From there, Dr. Fehmel can determine which techniques and therapies are most appropriate for you. Her current evaluation includes posture, range of motion, orthopedic and neurological assessment, and MyoVision ScanVision imaging.
The goal isn't simply to make an adjustment. It's to help your body function better.

There Isn't One Right Way to Adjust Every Body.
Your body doesn't come with a standard setting. Your care shouldn't either.
Depending on your needs, care may incorporate a combination of gentle instrument-assisted techniques, manual adjustments, low-force approaches, postural correction, and rehabilitative exercises.
-
A postural correction approach incorporating specific adjustments and exercises designed to address structural and postural concerns.
-
A low-force adjustment technique performed using a specialized drop table, allowing for a gentle approach to spinal care.
-
A hands-on technique using specific manual adjustments to address areas of restricted spinal movement.
-
A handheld instrument that delivers controlled impulses to targeted areas without the twisting or turning associated with traditional manual adjustments.
-
A gentle instrument-assisted technique that uses a handheld device to deliver a controlled impulse to a specific joint or spinal segment.

Our Process
Thoughtful Care From the Very First Visit
Great chiropractic care starts with understanding you. We take the time to listen, assess, and create a clear picture of what your body needs before developing your personalized approach to care.
-
Your story comes first.
Your first visit begins with a conversation with Dr. Fehmel about your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals. This consultation helps uncover the factors that may be contributing to how you're feeling and functioning.
From there, Dr. Fehmel performs a thorough evaluation, which may include:
Structural and postural analysis
Range-of-motion assessment
Orthopedic and neurological testing
Computerized surface electromyography (sEMG)
MyoVision ScanVision assessment
X-rays, when clinically appropriate
We don't guess. We gather information.
-
Your results tell a story.
At your second visit, Dr. Fehmel will sit down with you to review your findings, answer your questions, and explain what they mean for your health and movement.
Together, you'll discuss your goals and determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.
From there, we'll create a personalized plan designed around your body, your needs, and your goals.
-
Your care begins with a plan.
When appropriate, your first chiropractic adjustment may take place during this visit. Depending on your individual needs, your care may incorporate specific chiropractic techniques, mobility work, warm-ups, or rehabilitative exercises.
Additional therapies may also be incorporated into your care when beneficial, including vibration therapy, PEMF, infrared heat, or red light therapy.
Every element of your care has a purpose.
-
Better function is built over time.
Chiropractic care isn't simply about how you feel when you leave the office. It's about supporting your body's ability to move and function well over time.
Your care plan may evolve as your body responds, your goals change, and your needs shift.
Personalized care. Clear guidance. Long-term support.
